Before you place your order...

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU VERY CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We kindly ask that you double and triple check your order details before you check out. Take those 30 extra seconds to make sure the size, quantity, colour and personal information that you have selected/input is all correct before making your payment as changing things beyond this point may not be possible and it could mean that you may not get the order you had hoped for, which could result in additional fees should you chose to exchange your items.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ITEMS MARKED ‘SALE’ CANNOT BE EXCHANGED, RETURNED OR REFUNDED.

SIZE/COLOUR CHANGES:

On occasion, if you spot an error in your order immediately after placing it and you’re quick enough in letting us know, we may be able to change the size or colour of your items before we fulfil the order. However, once the order has been fulfilled, changes can NOT be made.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR YOUR ORDER. AFTER 14 DAYS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS. AFTER 14 DAYS, NO RETURNS FOR PURPOSE OF EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCEPTED.

RETURNED ITEM REQUIREMENTS

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, YOU WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT FOR THE VALUE OF YOUR ORDER IF YOU CHOSE TO RETURN WITHOUT EXCHANGING, AND THIS MUST BE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. 

IF YOU CHOSE TO EXCHANGE YOUR CLOTHING ITEMS, THEY MUST BE SENT BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND THEY MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL BRANDED MESSY MINDS PACKAGING INTACT (THE OUTSIDE SENDING BAG CAN BE DIFFERENT OR THE SAME BAG CAN BE REUSED IF IT IS IN GOOD ENOUGH CONDITION TO SEND THE ITEMS SECURELY BACK TO US)

AS THE CUSTOMER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SENDING THE ITEM/ITEMS BACK TO US AND COVERING THE COST OF SHIPPING. WE CANNOT REIMBURSE YOU FOR ANY SHIPPING COSTS. AT THIS POINT IN TIME WE DO NOT HAVE A RETURNS SYSTEM IN PLACE, SO IT WILL BE UP TO YOU TO SEND YOUR ITEM/ ITEMS BACK TO US, BUT WE ARE HAPPY TO ADVISE ON HOW TO DO THIS IF YOU’RE VERY STUCK.

IF YOU’RE RETURNING ITEMS FROM A COUNTRY OUTSIDE OF THE UK, PLEASE BE AWARE THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

AT MESSY MINDS HQ, WE TAKE THE UTMOST CARE AND ATTENTION WHEN IT COMES TO CRAFTING, PACKAGING AND SHIPPING OUR ORDERS. EVERY ITEM IS CAREFULLY AND THOROUGHLY INSPECTED BY OUR TEAM AND HAS TO TICK EVERY BOX ON OUR QUALITY CONTROL CHECKLIST BEFORE BEING SENT OUT TO OUR CUSTOMERS. WE STRIVE TO ENSURE THAT EVERY ORDER EXCEEDS THE EXPECTATIONS OF OUR CUSTOMERS.

IN THE EXTREMELY UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM, YOU MUST REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY VIA EMAIL WITH PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF TO BE SENT VIA EMAIL OR INSTAGRAM DIRECT MESSAGING, AND FROM THERE WE WILL EVALUATE AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE. IF YOU FAIL TO INFORM US OF THE DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ITEM BEING DELIVERED TO YOU, WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY COMPENSATION.

INCORRECT ITEMS

AS MENTIONED ABOVE, WE ARE VERY THOROUGH WITH OUR PACKAGING PROCESS, HOWEVER WE ARE HUMAN AND WE DO MAKE MISTAKES FROM TIME TO TIME, SO IN THE EXTREMELY UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM, YOU MUST REPORT IT TO US WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR ITEM BEING DELIVERED. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO, WE ARE AGAIN NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY COMPENSATION.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

BEFORE YOU REPORT YOUR ORDER AS LOST/STOLEN, PLEASE TRACK YOUR ORDER VIA THE TRACKING NUMBER IN THE EMAIL YOU WILL HAVE RECEIVED FROM US. IF YOU NEVER RECEIVED THIS EMAIL, PLEASE EMAIL US DIRECTLY WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND WE WILL TRACK THE ORDER FOR YOU.

IF YOUR ORDER APPEARS TO BE LOST OR STOLEN, YOU MUST REPORT THIS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR ITEMS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. IF DELIVERY CONFIRMATION WAS NOT RECEIVED, PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY VIA EMAIL.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST OF STOLEN ITEMS IF THE ESSENTIAL SHIPPING INFORMATION, I.E THE SHIPPING ADDRESS, YOU PROVIDED IS INCORRECT.
